LinkedIn says 76% of people are intending to change jobs this year.

This is no surprise to leaders and people & culture teams who have had retention on their minds for many months now.
 
When thinking about retention it’s important to understand why your people are leaving. Is it lack of growth opportunities? Not enough flexibility, or have your pay bands fallen behind market?
 
If you discover a problem, from there you'll need to decide what to do about that. Organisations are focussing on career development, programs of recognition, and communication plans to create better accountability or process around information. Engage your people & culture and HR professionals (like me!) to help.
