What is that again? 🔔 A unique set of benefits and rewards your employees receive in return for their skills, capabilities and experience.

I think of it simply as “what makes you different to your competitors”.

If you’re new to the game, developing an EVP (apart from being very fun) is absolutely essential if a big part of your strategy is growth through attracting good people.

Supporting SMEs think about their EVP typically starts by identifying and putting into words the existing culture, and capturing their ‘aspirational’ state, so both can be incorporated into an EVP story. After developing a compelling narrative that also must resonate internally with the existing team, that’s when you can really put your EVP into gear to communicate what makes your business ✨ special ✨ through all the channels your heart desires.
