Learning Styles? A complete crock

You’ve probably heard this before: “I’m a visual learner” or “I learn best by doing.”

But some data now shows that our preferred learning style doesn’t actually improve outcomes. What?! 🤯

This is a great example of how what’s popular isn’t necessarily true. Just because something feels easy or comfortable doesn’t mean it’s effective. In fact, the opposite is often true—when learning feels hard, it’s more likely to stick.

A great reminder that growth happens outside our comfort zones!
