Your favourite HR bud?

In my early career, as part of company induction, all employees were required to attend a session ran by the finance manager.  This session made a huge impact on how I saw the world outside my HR bubble.  It helped me understand P&C’s partnership with the business and other service teams. 

 To be a strong leader in the modern world you must balance empathy, insight, and problem-solving skills, combining these attributes to make informed decisions. In other words – find your complementary skillset!  For me, that’s always been learning off the ‘numbers people’ (pictured: me pre 2015).

By focusing on financial, customer, strategic, and people lenses, you’ll find the sweet spot of holistic problem-solving, therefore driving commercial success. 🌟💼
