Manager Superheroes: Mission Impossible?

So how do you upskill, get or keep those magical unicorn managers? Well the data is there – it’s not that your managers are not skilled enough, the problem is the job itself. Designing the role of manager to be a job that itself is focused, executable and sustainable, or as I think about it, a role with manageable workload, and clear expectations.
