Another AI post…

There’s no doubt that AI can revolutionise productivity, yet we’re facing a gap between investment and real-world application. One in 10 employees uses AI at least weekly, but seven in 10 have yet to integrate it into their daily work. 🤖

This feels low to me!

Understandably, outside of compliance and privacy risks, implementing new technology can be disruptive, and AI brings unique challenges, from skill gaps to data concerns.

AI is here to stay.  If you want to be part of the revolution, as a leader you must go beyond providing access and become a champion, offering support, training, and a vision for how AI can enhance daily work – with example use cases.

When employees understand why and how AI tools make their lives easier, adoption becomes natural, not forced.

Investing in AI is only half the battle; the real return comes when teams embrace these tools to innovate, solve problems, and drive success.

I recently used chat gpt to help plan and navigate a European holiday and was consistently amazed by the accuracy of directions and recommendations.  If you have a personal or professional ai use case please feel free to share it!
